Film Screening: no address

Inspired by true events, this compelling drama captures the journey of a group of individuals experiencing homelessness. The film is a cinematic exploration of hope, humanity, and resilience as the characters navigate the stormy challenges of life with no physical address showcasing the reality that homelessness could happen to anyone.

This isn’t just a movie; it’s a chance to meet characters like Jimmy, a teenager escaping an abusive home, and Lauren, who aged out of foster care with nowhere to turn. You’ll walk with Harris and Violet, veterans navigating life after service, and Dora, a former actress battling mental illness and isolation. These stories mirror the struggles we see every day and highlight the importance of what we do in our community.

Who is hosting and why? Daly City Partnership (DCP) is a non-profit organization serving the homeless community and is dedicated to creating transformative change by providing comprehensive, multi-generational services that empower children, families, and older adults to overcome challenges and promote community advancement through a wide range of programs and services. We aim to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and give our local community opportunities to volunteer and donate to the important cause of ending homelessness.

Proceeds from this event will directly support our mission, helping us provide critical resources and services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community. By attending, you’re not just watching a film; you’re making a difference.
