Through a day filled with art, music, interactive games, and a free farmers’ market, we strive to bridge the gap for families in need by providing essential resources like food, new clothing, shoes, and backpacks filled with school supplies.
Our mission is simple: to ensure every child in our community has the tools they need to thrive academically and beyond. By removing financial barriers, we are opening doors to opportunity, creativity, and confidence for the youngest members of our community.
Why Family Resource Day Matters
For many families, preparing for the school year can be overwhelming and financially stressful. While back-to-school season brings excitement, it also presents challenges for those struggling to afford basic school supplies.

- The lasting financial impacts of the pandemic continue to make back-to-school shopping a burden.
- A lack of essential school supplies can hinder a child’s confidence, academic performance, and sense of belonging.
